I've really been in the mood to RP these days. I haven't done it in years, but when I'm bored my imagination goes haywire. I've been having a Vampire Chronicles obsession. Yes, I would RP that. <3 Lestat and Louis. Hot vampire love. Mmm.

I weighed in at Weight Watchers yesterday...I lost 1.8 pounds, making my total loss 10.6 pounds. I'm 126 pounds now and have 16 more to go.

I just got back from a long walk with my mom. Lately, I've been riding my bike and walking. But I really need to push myself more. How do you exercise?

A photo from my trip to the Upper Peninsula last summer. We were crossing the Macinaw Bridge here...the first time I had ever been on the bridge or to the UP.


Another photo from last summer's trip. This is Lake Superior, a restless and fierce lake. The day was overcast and the waves were so humongous it was scary.


Lake Huron at sunset. Yup, I travel all over Michigan during the summer. :P My family and I go to my mom's cousin's cottage on Lake Huron every year.


A cuuuute seal that was at the Detroit Zoo on Saturday. Look at those eyes! ^_^

AWW the seal is adorable.

I still get spun out seeing lakes looking like beaches. Here our lakes are quite flat and nondescript and only the ocean moves so much. 8D

Hehe, yeah. I'm more used to the Great Lakes than the ocean. I've only seen the ocean 2 times in my life, actually.

OMG i don't know why, but i've been in a weird vampire mood lately. Have you ever heard of the Anno Dracula series of books? I can't recall where i read about them, but after scanning through the Wiki article i immediately ordered three of the books. But anyway, i guess that's actually why. x.x

And congratulations! You're much more disciplined than i am. I guess i hit some sort of plateau, because i seem not to have been able to lose more than that original 10. I really just do pretty much the same: walking more and more often. I also try to throw in some calisthenics (sit-ups, push-ups, etc) and i've whenever i take my daily walk i try and jog the whole way back. My job helps a lot though, too. I'm basically on my feet for five hours a day, lugging around vacuums and huge bins full of garbage and stuff.

You have a job?! I really need to check your LJ more often. Yes, having a job helps a lot because you move around so much more. I haven't even gotten a call yet, so I somehow doubt I'll be working this summer. Sigh. However, I'm going to be working in a cafeteria in the fall, and earn a good amount too. Yay! It just sucks that I have to work while I'm going to school and have other shit to worry about opposed to the summer where I have nothing to do!
